The Minister of Health, Dr. Lia Tadesse, addressed a panel discussion on current national issues. She said Ethiopia has been suffering from human and material damage in the north of the country as it is making efforts to bring about comprehensive development and progress.
In collaboration with the Teachers' Union, the Ministry of Health is consulting in Adama on the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccination campaign.
According to Temesgen Lema, a vaccination expert with the Ministry of Health, more than 12 million doses are expected to be vaccinated, especially at schools and universities, in areas with no security problem.
During the vaccination campaign, it was stated that anyone over the age of 18 and teachers in public and private schools will be vaccinated.
Dr. Daniel Gebremichael, Senior Adviser to the Minister of Health, said the new website will provide a comprehensive and organized information and is attractive and user friendly to respective users and stakeholders.
