To collect public opinion on the Third Party Insurance Contract and Compensation Implementation Guidelines for Vehicle Accidents
Vehicle accident victims are provided with free medical services up to two thousand birr in all health institutions, as per the Third Party Emergency Medical Proclamation 799/2005. This Proclamation was amended by Decree No. 554/2016, which increased the cost of emergency medical services to fifteen thousand birr. For this purpose, a draft guideline has been prepared by the Road Safety and Disaster Fund Service.

Anyone wishing to comment on the draft guidelines can submit their comments in person or in person at the Ministry's Medical Services Executive Office until January 13, 2025.
