Road Safety and Insurance Fund Service Notice to collect public comments on the draft guidelines for the implementation of emergency medical services for vehicle accident victims

According to the Proclamation No. 799/2005, victims of road accidents are entitled to free emergency medical services up to two thousand birr at all health facilities. Based on this Proclamation, the cost of emergency medical services amended by regulation No. 554/2016, increasing to fifteen thousand birr. For this purpose, a draft guideline has been prepared by the Road Safety and Insurance Fund Service.

Anyone who wishes to comment on the draft guideline can submit their comments in the form below or in person at the Medical Services Lead Executive Office of the Ministry of Health until January 13, 2025.
