According to the Proclamation No. 799/2005, victims of road accidents are entitled to free emergency medical services up to two thousand birr at all health facilities. This Proclamation was amended by Proclamation No. 554/2016, increasing the cost of emergency medical services to fifteen thousand birr. For this purpose, a draft guideline has been prepared for the Road Safety and Forestry Fund Service.
