Healthy Motherhood Month had been commemorated by Addis Ababa City Administration Health Bureau for the 16th time in our country and for the 35th time in the world under the theme "Let's work together to stop maternal mortality due to postpartum hemorrhage". The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs (MoHCA) have jointly developed a plan to strengthen and accelerate the provision of integrated psychiatric and mental treatment to people displaced by war and conflict in various regions. The plan was presented by Dr. Yaregal Fufa and discussed by stakeholders at the Ethiopian Institute of Public Health Disaster Rehabilitation and Resilience.

The Ministry of Health has provided various assistance worth 30 million birr and 1.5 million birr to the Defense Forces.
