The Ministry of Health is implementing a community scorecard to improve the health services provided by health institutions and to ensure accountability. In order to share the practice and experience of Ethiopia in this implementation system; officials from different departments and regions will gather to learn from the experience of the implementation of the community opinion rating system in Ghana. 


In this experience exchange program, representatives of the Ministry of Health of Ghana explained what the overall health system looks like and the levels of implementation, especially the Community Feedback Scorecard, improving the quality of services, increasing the interest and participation of the community in accessing health services, and citizens contribution to building positive trust in health institutions has been explained. 


The team will discuss what the implementation of the scorecard system in Ghana will look like next, And they will conduct observation at the institutional and community level to see the improvement in health service delivery; They will share their experience and the results of the community opinion scorecard that is being implemented in Ethiopia.
